In general, if you simply visiting our websites without registering or logging in, you can browse our sites without providing any information. However, we have an option for prospectus customers to fill in details in order for one of our representatives to contact you.

Your user profile:

Your user profile may consist of information, including personal information, you provide while interacting with the Company, such as your User ID, your contact with our customer service representatives; Company’s products and services registration information; and the Company’s services that you use. Your user profile allows the Company to:

• Give certain products and services the information they need to function
• Troubleshoot problems you may have with Company’s product or services

Parts of our services may include use of third-party vendors’ products, tools and/or services, such as Microsoft 365 and VMware cloud hosting services (“TP Services”). The vendors of such TP Services may receive and/or have access to your personal information, as needed for the performance of the TP Services. Personal information received and/or accessed by the vendors of the TP Services will be treated and stored in accordance with such vendors’ own privacy policies, and will not be at the responsibility and/or control of the Company.

In addition, we release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our General Terms and Conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

The Company use standard technical and organizational measures when we transmit information to our servers, when we store data, and when we share it with third parties. When sharing your information with third parties, we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to contractually require that such parties protect and use your information responsibly.
